Kalamazoo Homeownership Opportunity Program (KHOP)

The Land Bank and the City of Kalamazoo have partnered to offer new and newly rehabilitated homes in the following neighborhoods surrounding beautiful downtown Kalamazoo: Eastside, Edison, Fairmont, Northside, Stuart and Vine. KHOP offers these homes to income-qualified buyers and provides down payment purchase assistance. To learn more about KHOP or to view available homes, click on the Home Ownership-KHOP link above!
